For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Chagua app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Chaguwa app won’t work properly or at all.
The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Chaguwa will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Chaguwa cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and don’t have any of your data allowance left.

Return Policy
Chaguwa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our return policy is designed to provide a smooth and efficient process.
Return Eligibility:
Damaged, Broken, or Missing Parts: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return any item that is damaged, broken, or missing pieces for a 100% cash refund.
After 10 days: If the return is made after 10 days but within 30 days, you will be eligible for an in-store credit.
Remorse Buys: If you wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive in-store credit.
Return Process:
Support Portal: The return process is initiated through the support portal for each order. Please use the message support option available with your order to request a return. Our team will assist you in processing your return efficiently.
